Cancelled my appointment because they no longer accepted my insurance.

Set up my first time appointment a couple of months ago and at the last minute the office sent me a text message saying they were no longer accepting my insurance and cancelled my appointment. This is very inconvenient and unprofessional. When I called the office they could have cared less.
